It's really hurt when you know the thruth. Tambah sakit bila kita tidak diberitahu yang kita telah buat silap. Your heart will break into pieces when someone doesn't respect you as a insan and professional. You will find that you stuck in the hard four wall. Nobody come to resque you.
Become a leader is really huge task, responsibility, and you need capabilty, skill and competency.
When talking about skill many many leaders have been traped between task and humanity. When leader want to achieve organization's goal, it doesn't means that you have to leave behind humanty. Great leader bring along together task orientation and humanity.
You don't have to shout to be heard. And you don't have to getting mad to make other people respect what you did.
You will find someday...your heart will break into pieces too....
My brother in-law had the experienced when the glass screen broke into pieces and it cost him about rm 2k, but we can stil find the way to pay for it, but when our heart breaks into pieces, only in God we ask for help

You don't have to shout to be heard. And you don't have to be mad to make other people respect you for what you did. You don’t ask people to respect you, BUT you have to earn it from them. You will find someday...your heart will break into pieces too....
